A copy of the game line-up (including reserves) must be given to the home plate umpire before the start of the game The line-up turned in at the 1st Bracket Game will be considered your roster for the weekend

Flip of coin will determine home team This will be done at the pre-game meeting with the game umpires Home team will be the official book Game time is forfeit time

Teams must be ready to play up to 30 minutes early we will start early if possible

Pay at the Plate $40 per umpire (each team is responsible for 1 umpire)

Pool games will be 60 minutes finish the batter Pool games tied at the end of regulation play will remain a tie Free Substitutions and batting is encouraged during pool play There is a 3 run per ? inning limit in pool play

Bracket games will be 70 minutes or 5 innings whichever occurs first Progressive ITB will be used to break tied games after 5 innings or time limit has expired in bracket play only A new inning will start at the completion of the third out for the home team

Protests will be decided at the time they occur the game will be halted and a ruling made then if applicable the game will continue After consulting with the game umpires the final decision will be that of the UIC The Tournament Director or the acting Director in the Tournament Director?s absence

Championship game 70 minutes or 5 innings undefeated team has choice of home/visitor run rule applies No ?IF? game in Bracket play

No infield practice will be allowed on the infield prior to the game

All teams will be required to furnish all the protective equipment and two (2) like new FASA approved softballs?COR of 47 / 375 compression or their equivalent

Teams should clean out dugout after each game

Tobacco Alcohol and illegal substances will not be permitted anywhere on the premises

All teams should be ready and prepared to play back-to-back games

Run rule will be in effect: 12 after 2 innings 10 after 3 innings 8 after 4 innings

The tournament director reserves the right to reschedule or delay the starting times of games should conditions warrant

3 coaches will be allowed free per team arm bands will be issued and must be on wrist

Rainout Refund Policy: in order to be eligible for a refund (should a rainout occur) teams must submit their team registration fee ($150 00) to the City of Eunice 461 Sittig Rd Eunice LA 70535 prior to 4:00PM April 23 2020 If necessary refunds will be issued based upon number of games started
