| THIS IS A 7GG TOURNAMENT THERE WILL BE 6-70 MINUTE POOL GAMES LEADING INTO A SINGLE ELIMINATION BRACKET WITH 75 MINUTE GAMES ****BRACKET WILL BE A BLIND DRAW AT TEAM CHECK IN**** First 3 paid registered teams in each a group will receive a $50 discount if your team is paying the $225 entry fee Teams Awards each age group:(Minimum 10 teams per age division for full award package) 1st Place: $500 Cash and Championship rings (13 rings) & half off entry fee of spring Cash Bash tournament 2nd Place:$250 Cash and Runner-up rings (13 rings) PayPal payment option: Make checks paybable to: Damien Collins Mail checks to: Damien Collins 1109 Hillridge Drive Round Rock TX 78665 Game time duration per age group: POOL GAMES ALL DIVISIONS 70 MINUTES BRACKET GAMES ALL DIVISIONS 75 MINUTES Umpires Fees Pay at the Plate: Pool games $35 per team Bracket games $40 per team Run Rule Limits Bracket Games: 10 8 6 after innings 3 4 5 Pool games 5 runs per half inning limit Rain out policy information:(Once a game has started that will count as a game played) 0 completed games teams will receive full entry fee refund (Refund will be $175) 1 completed games teams will receive 2/3 of their entry fee back (Refund will be $125) 2 completed games teams will receive 1/3 of their entry fee back (Refund will be $60) 3 completed games no refund will be return to any teams There will be no refund given after September 4 2019 payment due date if a team drops out of the tournament A full refund will be rewarded if a team drops before September 3 2019 There will be a $5 per person per day gate fee No personal coolers or outside food will be allowed inside the park! This is a no protest tournament! TOURNAMENT DIRECTORS DO HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE FORMAT AT ANY GIVEN TIME IF NECESSARY | |||||||||||||||
