Team Costume Contest 1 winner in each age group 
If you wear your costume during Bracket, you must have a number on your costume
Before your first pool game, Matt will take a picture of your team. Text him and let him know you are ready. 936-718-4939
Judges are the umpires, tournament Director and UIC
Winners will be announced on Facebook on #playfasa group

Halloween Goodie bag exchange at each pool game (each team bring 15 bags to each pool game)
If you have extra goodie bags, please share them with the umpires

Dress up your team tent/Canopy. We will do a park trick-or-treat. Saturday evening, 7pm-8pm the players can go from tent to  tent to get a trick or treat. Please be sure to have at least one person in your canopy, giving out candy between 7-8pm We will have a tent contest to see who has the best decorated tent. Winner receives their team entry back. I will text you a picture where we want everyone to set up their canopies inside the park. If you have any questions where to set up your canopy, please contact Toby. 936-900-5785

Please make sure your roster/pick up players are listed on the Fasa website by 7 AM Saturday
Make sure you have a copy of your players birth certificate/drivers license with you in case of an age protest
Protest fee $25 
Please be at your field 15 minutes early ready to play ball lineup card filled out. Lineup card only needed for bracket.

8u~We have had a lot of issues with the coach, pitcher and player pitcher colliding when player pitcher is trying to cover a Bunt
The FASA Tourneys that I am over, except for STATE, from here on forward, the coach pitcher must have 1 foot on the pitching rubber upon release of the ball. 
The pitching rubber will be set at 35 FT
