- **Pool:** 60 mins, drop dead ($45 PAP)

- **Bracket:** 70 mins, finish inning ($50 PAP)

**Age Groups**

- **10U-18U:** Pool (60 mins, $45 PAP); Bracket (70 mins, $50 PAP)

- **8U:** Pool (60 mins, $25 PAP); Bracket (60 mins, $25 PAP); Face shields required

**Awards**

- **1st Place:** 13 Championship Rings + TAAF Medals

- **2nd Place:** 13 Finalist Rings + TAAF Medals

- **3rd Place:** 13 TAAF Medals

- **MVP:** Dog Tags (chosen by opposing coach)

1st- 4th receive paid berth to Fasa Nationals in Galveston - Teams must signup within 30 days of this tournament.

**Rules of Play**

- **Run Caps:** Pool (4 runs/inning), Bracket (7 runs/inning, no cap after 3rd), Championship (no cap)

- **Mercy Rule:** 12 after 2, 10 after 3, 8 after 4 innings

- **Ties (Bracket):** ITB (bases loaded, last 3 batters); 2nd ITB (bases loaded, 2 outs); coin flip if tied

**Umpire Fees**

- **10U-18U:** $45/$50 per game

- **8U:** $25 per game; Championship: $50/team (2 umpires)

**Conduct & Equipment**

- **Coolers:** One team cooler for water

- **Gear:** Masks required (12U: 1B, 3B, pitcher; 8U-10U: all infielders)

- **No Metal Cleats:** 12U and below

- **Bats:** ASA 2000/2004 stamp, NHSFA compliant

- **Ejection Policy:** Foul language = ejection; 1-game suspension or game termination

**Game Logistics**

- **Warm-ups:** No infield warm-ups after 1st inning; use bullpen

- **Home Team:** Pool (coin flip); Bracket (higher seed once we have winner)

- **Dugout:** Clean after each game

**Liability & Safety**

- Teams must provide proof of insurance at check-in or email insurance [email protected]

- Games may be delayed or rescheduled for safety

- Background checks required for coaches/staff

**Team Rosters**

- **Submission:** Upload by Friday night

- **Eligibility:** Tournament Director approval

- **Penalties:** Ineligible players = forfeiture and possible disqualification

- **Protests:** $150 fee, resolved immediately

**Miscellaneous**

- **Wristbands:** Must be worn on the right wrist (3 coaches bands issued at check in)

- **Gate Fee:** $10/day or $15/weekend pass

- **Prohibited:** Alcohol, smoking, illegal substances

- Teams must be ready 15 minutes before game time
