| History: |

FASA was founded 03/14/2013.
In our 1st
seasonal year from 03/14
until 07/31/2013,
550 teams registered
to play FASA. In 2014, 1100 teams registered. Needless to say,
FASA started off as a great success and continues to grow with almost
1800 teams registering in
the 2015 season. The 2025 season has seen 1372 teams from 14 States register,
with expectations of this number growing to exceed 4000 teams sanctioned
to play FASA in the 2025 Season!

organization in the Nation and to also provide only top quality
officials at every Event.

Purpose: |

Our purpose is to
hold only the highest quality Events by focusing on what is in the best
interest of our teams and players.

Team Classification: |
|
Teams are classified as either "A", "B", "C", or
"C-REC"!
While the area director can lock in a classification to stop a
team from being reclassified, the classification will be done by
our points system. Teams that are in the top 20% of the top points
in their age group will be
classified as "A", teams that are within the 80% - 40% %
of the top points will be
classified as "B", teams with 40% or less of the top points will be classified
as "C", and the "C-REC" will only be pure league teams.

posted on the Fastpitch America Softball Association web site.

All teams earn point for participating in FASA Events. NIT'S are double
points events Regional qualifiers and State Tournaments are triple
points events Points are earned as follows

We are not in the insurance business, so we
accept all valid insurance coverage. |

We do not issue ID cards just to raise revenue.

| No travel permits are required.

| Easy to qualify for the World Series and National Events.

| Localized National Events to help your team save travel expenses.
|
If your team holds an event, there will be no other Fastpitch America Softball Association
Tournaments located within 60-75 miles of your event.
