HEAD COACHES WILL MEET IN CENTER QUAD EVERY ROUND TO DRAW

FIRST ROUND - 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO FIRST GAME HEAD COACHES WILL DRAW A NUMBER FROM THE BUCKET MATCHING NUMBERS WILL PLAY EACH OTHER

SECOND ROUND - WINNERS OF GAME 1 WILL GO BACK INTO THE WINNERS BUCKET LOSERS WILL GO INTO A LOSERS BUCKET HEAD COACHES WILL AGAIN DRAW NUMBERS FROM THE CORESPONDING BUCKET AND MATCHING NUMBERS WILL PLAY EACHOTHER WINNERS PLAY WINNERS LOSERS PLAY LOSERS

THIRD ROUND - WINNERS FROM WINNERS BUCKET STAY IN WINNERS BUCKET LOSERS FROM WINNERS BUCKET MOVE TO LOSERS BUCKET WINNERS FROM LOSERS BUCKET STAY IN LOSERS BUCKET LOSERS FROM LOSERS BUCKET GO HOME HEAD COACHES DRAW AGAIN OUT OF CORESPONDING BUCKET

IF A ROUND HAS AN ODD NUMBER OF TEAMS WHEN TEAMS DRAW NUMBERS ONE TEAM WILL DRAW A BYE

CONTINUE UNTIL 1 TEAM IN EACH BUCKET AND HAVE CHAMPIONSHIP NO IF GAME

WINNING TEAM RECEIVES $100

GAMES WILL BE SPACED 2 HOURS START FOR GAME TO START OF NEXT GAME NEW DRAWS WILL BE EVERY 1 1/2 HOURS SO TEAMS HAVE 30 MINUTES TO KNOW WHO THEY PLAY WHERE AND WARMUP ACCORDINGLY

Rosters must be entered on the PLAYFASA website BY 10AM on the Friday of each tournament week

FASA allows up to 3 pickup Players - These MUST be added to the roster as well by 10AM Friday of the tournament week

EJECTION POLICY - IF A FAN IS EJECTED THE HEAD COACH IS EJECTED AS WELL BOTH WILL REMAIN EJECTED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE CURRENT GAME PLUS ONE ADDITIONAL

Background checks must be done through FASA for anyone in the dugout or on the field Make sure your coaches and all dugout help are added to your team in the same place your team roster is entered This needs to be done prior to them requesting a background using the same email address

REGISTERING FASA

To register for FASA simply click Member Registration and create an account - Enter your information

Then to create a team

Click Create New Team and Enter Team info

Congratulations you have a FASA account and Team

Now click View your team and click on Team Roster to add players

Under your players you will see add Coaches Volunteers and Dugout help Anyone touching the dugout and or field must be listed and complete the Background check

GATE FEES AND COACHES PASSES

Teams will only be given 3 coaches passes all additional coaches will pay gate

$7 for Adults 18+

$5 for Seniors 55+ W/ ID

$5 for children 4 -17 yrs old

GAME BALLS -

Game Balls Must be 47 COR 375 COMPRESSION (ASA USA USSSA NFHS) with VISABLE core compression markings and Fastpitch stamped- NO Slowpitch Balls NO altered Balls
