Cinderella Classic Tournament Rules / Notes

As of 01/10/2023, we are closing registration for through 01/217/2023 to makes sure all teams are committed. We do anticipate some openings, if you are interested let us knopw

We will be hosting hosting awards is Odd year age groups.

Teams looking for Hotels, we you can contact Total Event Services at 317-899- 9144 or Cindy via email at cindyh@totaleventsservices.net  THIS IS AN OPTION AND THE FEE WHICH SOME TOURNAMENT COLLECTS (10 PER ROOM IS NOW AVAILABLE TO BE REBATED TO YOU.

6 Game Guarantee $500  We have been asked to add an 8u Division, we will do so today.  It is hard to make changes on the Tournament list on The Softball Zone, but we can add this division or 8U teams that want to play pitch can play in 9U.  If playing at 8U, the cost is $300, if playing at 9U, the regular fee applies.

Odd and even pool and brackets. No gate fees, we will ask teams to donate $60 per team to the to the Elyria Little League in lieu of gate fees.  These people do a fantastic job and you will find the fields at Janowicz and LaGrange are some of the best in NE Ohio. Both feature full services, great concessions and no one checking your coolers like  at some parks.

All FASA events use two umpires ands our rules and refund policy is posted on our website and will be sent to you prior to the event with the Coaches Waiver and Roster form.

Please see our website at www.ohiofastpitchtournaments.com  before registering.  You do not have to pay the Sanction Fee unless you play in three or more events.  ALSO, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PUT YOUR ROSTER ONLINE, as shown on playfasa.com.  The website will give you information on how to do this.

We will run odd year brackets if we have enough entries in the odd year age groups   If not enough entries teams will be moved to the appropriate age division (ex:11U will go into the 12U division)

Champions and runners up in each division will receive both team and individual awards
