| GAME FORMAT 5GG 2 pool play Triple game bracket unlimited runs in bracket games / 10 runs per half in pool play (MUST GET 3 OUTS) RUN RULES - 12 after 3 10 after 4 8 after 5 TIME LIMITS Pool Play - 60 Minutes Drop Dead Bracket - 75 Minutes finish the inning or 5 innings - Flip for Home Awards for 1st and 2nd TOURNAMENT FEES $350 Entry Fee / $50 pay at the plate per pool play game. These are due at the latest by 12:00pm (Noon) Wednesday of the tournament week Unpaid teams will be dropped at that time if no prior arrangements have been made CashApp $MaceyHatfield Venmo @Macey-Hatfield TOURNAMENT SCHEDULES These will be out no later then Thursday at 5pm These are distributed through the FASA automated system Please make sure you have your correct information in the system You can also get the schedule by going to WWW PLAYFASA COM Clicking on the tournament On the left side you will see the age groups listed in blue Click on the appropriate age to view the schedule REFUNDS No refunds after Wednesday at 12:00pm (Noon) for any reason other then a Rain out In the event of a rainout refunds are issued as followed We guarantee 5 Games - However you pay for Pool Play, Therefore take your total paid divided by 3. If you got no games in you will receive a full refund. If you got 1 bracket game in you will receive $175 back 2 bracket game games in - $120 back 3 games bracket games in - no refund. (One pitch counts as a game) Rosters must be entered on the PLAYFASA website BY 10AM on the Friday of each tournament week FASA allows up to 3 pickup Players - These MUST be added to the roster as well by 10AM Friday of the tournament week GATE FEES AND COACHES PASSES Teams will only be given 3 coaches passes Gate Fees for spectators $5 for Adults 18+ $3 for 7+ & Seniors 55+ & Military and First responders with ID 6 and under free NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS NO ICE CHEST NO PETS BRACKET SEEDING - Brackets will be seeded by pool play wins if a tie then to run difference still a tie then to runs allowed and if somehow its still a tie then runs scored in that order GAME BALLS - Game Balls Must be 47 COR 375 COMPRESSION (ASA USA USSSA NFHS) with VISABLE core compression markings and Fastpitch stamped- NO Slowpitch Balls NO altered Balls QUESTIONS PLEASE CONTACT Macey Arnold 405-207-0249 | |||||||||||||||
