Bracket-75 minute finish the inning - Higher seed gets choice for Home

Championship Undefeated team choice for home

6u Modifications- Pool Play 60 MIN DROP DEAD/ BRACKET 65 MIN FINISH THE INNING

if there are enough teams age groups can be split into C/Open divisions

Bracket play games will be seeded off pool play results

PAYMENT IS DUE BY 5:00PM Tuesday OF THE TOURNAMENT WEEK TOURNAMENTS THAT ARE FULLY PAID UNPAID TEAMS ARE DROPPED AT THAT TIME SOLD OUT TOURNAMENTS WILL REQUEST PAYMENT WHEN IT BECOMES FULL TO GUARANTEE YOUR SPOT UNPAID TEAMS SPOTS WILL BE OFFERED TO WAITLISTED TEAMS PAYMENTS SENT WITH FEES WILL BE RETURNED

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULES

These will be out no later than Wednesdays at 5pm These are distributed through the FASA automated system Please make sure you have your contact information in the system including your cell carrier You can also get the schedule by going the the PLAYFASA website and clicking on the tournament on the upper left side you will see the age groups listed in blue Click on the appropriate age to view the schedule

REFUNDS

No refunds after Tuesday at 5pm other than rain out

In the event of a rain out refunds are issued as follows

We guarantee 4 games- Therefore take your paid divided by 4 One game played will receive 75% back- 2 games-50% 3 games 25% back 4 games played- No refund

ROSTERS must be entered on the PLAYFASA website by 10Am on the FRIDAY of each tournament week

FASA allows up to 3 pickup players- These MUST be added to the roster as well by 10AM Friday of the tournament week

BACKGROUND CHECKS must be done through FASA for anyone in the dugout or on the field Make sure your coaches and all dugout help added to your team in the same place your team roster is entered This needs to be done prior to them requesting a background check using the same email address

REGISTERING FASA

To register for FASA click member registration and create an account- Enter your information

Then to create a team

Click Create new team and enter team info

Congratulations you have a FASA account and team

Now click view your team and click on team roster to add players

Under your players you will see add COACHES VOLUNTEERS and DUGOUT help anyone touching the dugout and or field must be listed and complete the Background check

GATE FEES AND COACHES PASSES

Teams will only be given 3 coaches passes(6u/8u will have 4 coaches passes) any additional coaches will pay gate

$4 for children 6-12 yrs old

BRACKET SEEDING-

Brackets will be seeded by pool play results

In the event of a tie the following tiebreakers will be used

Game balls must be 47 COR 375 COMPRESSION (ASA USA USSSA NFHS) WITH VISIBLE CORE COMPRESSION MARKINGS AND FASTPITCH STAMPED- NO SLOWPITCH BALLS NO ALTERED BALLS
