Scrapyard charges $5 daily gate fee

Three coaches and players get in free, but must enter through the main gate. If you enter through the side gate, you will have to pay the gate fee.

One team cooler with water and cooling towels only is allowed

No outside food or drinks

Player can bring in their own personal water jug

No metal cleats allowed

Please make sure your roster/pickup players are listed on the FASA Website by 8AM Saturday Make sure you have a copy of your players birth certificate/drivers license with you in case of an age protest

Home Book must be on paper, Game Changer cannot be used as the official score book

A lot of yall are asking about refunds due to weather

This is the breakdown of how refunds will work if needed

Scrapyard Gate fees are non refundable. Scrapyard charges the gate not FASA

Scrapyard charges FASA $60 a team.

So it is a automatic $60 out of your entry fee that goes to scrapyard

If you play one game you get 75% of your entry back minus the $60

If you play two games, you get 50% of your entry fee minus the $60

If you play three games, you get 25% of your entry fee minus the $60

The weather forecast looks bad for this weekend, so if you want to drop out, please drop out before Thursday morning at 10 AM to get a full refund.

If you drop out after 10 AM Thursday morning there will be a $50 fee because I have to redo the game schedules for all age groups

If you have not paid your team entry fee for this weekend, it must be paid by 6 PM tonight

Texas weather can change at anytime. It may not rain this weekend, who knows.

I have a tournament at Scrapyard complex this weekend also.

I spoke with the field Director at Gene Campbell and he feels it best to move yall over to scrapyard due to weather

Scrapyard has turf fields, NO metal cleats

To be able to fit everyone in I may need to change format and game length

I will try to leave it the same, but it will depend on the amount of teams that play

I will let you know tomorrow morning with the format will be so I can fit everyone in
