| SEGUIN CLASSIC SHOWCASE 2024 DATE: AUGUST 17th 18th LOCATION: Huber Ranch Seguin TX ENTRY FEE: $550/Team 16U & 18U PAY AT THE PLATE: $60 4 GAME GAURANTEE 90 MINUTE GAMES 3 POOL GAMES (90 MIN Finish Batter) INTO A SINGLE ELININATION (90 FINISH THE ININNG) BRACKET POOL GAMES WILL BE PLAYED ON SATURDAY SINGLE ELIMINATION BRACKET ON SUNDAY Friday night Camp Sign up can be done at https://register.ryzer.com/camp.cfm?id=275479 skills camp and college coached Game. Schools That will be at This Event ST. Edwards University Bacone College Our Lady of the Lake University Midwestern State University Tabor College Texas Luthern University University of St. Thomas (TX)Prairie View A&M University Tournament Rules Diamond O Sports Event Rules Prime Events will follow basic FASA rules except for a modification relating to the playing lineup Prospect Wire Softball allows the use of a DP/Flex and the EP/EH in the same lineup Pool Game Time Limits: 14u-18u -1 hour 30 minutes finish the batter Bracket Game Time Limits: 1 hour 30 minutes finish the inning for 14u and up 1 Run Rule for ALL age groups: 10 runs after 4 8 runs after 5 (Bracket Games Only) 2 Run Rule for Pool Games 10 runs after 4 after 75 minutes of Play 3 Pool play games only allows free Defensive substitution and bat your lineup Bracket Games Each team will need to turn in a lineup at the home plate meeting 4 Basic FASA rules with lineup modification 5 Coaches will flip for home team 6 NO PROTEST TOURNAMENT Diamond O Sports Refund Policy: ? Teams may receive a full refund if requested 3 weeks or more before the events start date ? Teams may receive a 75% refund if requested 14-20 days out from event start date ? No refunds will be issued during the 2 weeks before the events start date Weather/Act of God Refund Policy - If the entire event is lost due to weather or any Act of God you have 2 options Option 1- The entry fee will be refunded via check minus a 20% administration fee Option 2- You can elect to transfer your entry fee to a future event minus a 10% administration fee If only one game is played you will be refunded 70% of the entry fee by check or you can transfer 80% to a future event If two games are played you will be refunded 40% of the entry fee by check or you can transfer 50% to a future event If 3 or more games are played there is no refund | |||||||||||||||
