Saturday, January 18, 2025: 8U, 12U, and High School divisions (16U/18U)

Sunday, January 19, 2025: 10U and 14U divisions

Format:

1 pool game followed by double elimination bracket

Payment Details:

Gate fee $10 day

Entry Fee:

$75 if paid by January 10, 2025

$125 if paid after January 10, 2025

Awards:

1st Place: Championship Rings (13)

2nd Place: Finalist Rings (13)

Schedule Release: Thursday before the tournament by 3:00 PM.

Access schedules via the FASA automated system or at PLAYFASA.COM.

Ensure your email and cell carrier information is correct for timely communication.

Game Times:

Pool games: 60-minute drop-dead format

Bracket games: 70 minutes, finish the inning

Pool game PAP (Pay at Plate): $45 for 10U?18U, $25 for 8U

Bracket game PAP: $50 for 10U?18U, $25 for 8U

Tie Games:

International Tie Breaker (ITB) will be used.

After two ITBs, if the game is still tied, a coin flip will determine the winner (bracket games only).

Equipment and Conduct:

Teams must provide one FASA-approved softball (COR 47, Compression 375) at the plate meeting.

Player Safety Requirements:

All 8U players and infield players in 10U must wear face shields.

12U infield players (1st, 3rd, and pitcher) must wear face masks.

Metal cleats are prohibited for 12U and younger.

Conduct:

Foul language will result in ejection.

Ejection leads to a one-game suspension or termination of the game.

Additional Rules:

Run Rule:

12 after 2 innings, 10 after 3 innings, 8 after 4 innings.

Courtesy Runner: For the pitcher or catcher if no substitutes are available.

Protests:

Cost: $150, decided on-site, and cannot be filed after the game time has expired.

Liability and Insurance:

FASA and tournament directors assume no liability for injuries or accidents.

Teams must provide proof of insurance at check-in.
