PAYMENT IS DUE 7 DAYS PRIOR TO TOURNAMENT START DATE.You can pay by check by mailing to P.O. Box 851076 Mesquite, TX 75185 or you can pay through PayPal by sending payment to [email protected] the SEND MONEY TO FRIENDS option.PayPal may charge a small fee and YOU will need to pay that fee.PAYMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF YOU DO NOT PAY THE FEE.Teams will be accepted/approved by payment received not by registration date.This is a Pay At The Plate event and you will be responsible for paying 35.00 at the plate before each game played.Check in will be begin 1 1/2 hrs before the first scheduled game.All teams must be checked in before their first bracket game.Check in requirements are Proof of Team Insurance ans a copy of your roster. Protest Fee is 100.00. Standard Protest protocol must be followed.Protest refunds are only given should you win the protest.You cannot protest an Umpires judgment call.All teams are responsible for keeping copies of birth certificates.If a team protests one of your players age then you will have 10 min. to provide that player s birth certificate.We employ official scorekeepers/scoreboard operators for bracket games only.We provide all game balls.All tournament updates including but not limited to weather delays/cancellations schedule etc will be posted on Mesquite Fastpitch Softball Association Facebook page.All questions regarding the tournament should be directed to the Tournament Director.

Pool games are 55 min drop dead and you may bat your roster

35 pay at the plate for both pool and bracket games

Bracket games are 75 min finish inning Standard ITB and Championship lineup rules apply

6 runs per half in pool AND bracket 12/3 10/4 8/5

Score keepers are provided for all bracket games

No pets allowed in the park

No footballs baseball Frisbee bikes scooters skateboards etc allowed in the park
