FORMAT: 2 Pool Game & Double Elimination Tournament Bracket

TEAM ENTRY FEE: NO TEAM ENTRY FEE - FREE FOR TEAMS REGISTERED 1 MONTH PRIOR TO THE TOURNAMENT START DATE - LATE REGISRATION (WITHIN 1 MONTH PRIOR) IS $150 (1 DAY $100)

UMPIRE FEES: $40 Per game, Pool & Bracket - IF Games are $20.

Rule Clarifications & Modifications:

BRACKET ONLY (DOUBLE ELIMINATION)

Bracket Games:

Bracket game matchups are determined by blind draw at check-in

Bracket games are 60 minutes, finish the inning - up to 5 innings *DUE TO WEATHER

Bracket games cannot end in a tie – International tiebreaker rule applies

Run Rule: 8 Runs after 3 Innings in bracket play

ALL GAMES (Pool & Bracket):

Home/Away determined by a coin flip winner chooses

except for the championship game, where the undefeated team is home

If necessary games (played as an ITB) are also determined by a coin flip

Teams have 5 pitches or 1 minute after the last out is recorded to warm up

The Home team is responsible for providing the official scorekeeper(s)

Umpires will collect line-ups for all games (Pool & Bracket Games)

Teams must be prepared to play up to 30 minutes prior to scheduled game times to avoid forfeiture of game

Game time limits & number of pool games are subject to change when necessary (due to weather etc )

GATE FEES: Adults $8 - Kids (7-16) $4 - Kids 6 & Under FREE) - PLAYERS & UP TO 3 COACHES ARE FREE

No Ice Chests - Outside food/drinks are not allowed in park

SMOKING (INCLUDING VAPOR) IN DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY & OUTSIDE OF THE PARK

There will be no bleacher seating so spectators should bring their own chair

COACHES - PLEASE DESIGNATE 1 PERSON ONLY FROM YOUR TEAM TO LOOK AT THE BRACKET BOARD DISPLAYED AT THE TOURNAMENT - BRACKETS WILL ALSO BE UPDATED ONLINE FOR EVERYONE ELSE TO VIEW

1 COACH FROM EACH TEAM ONLY AT THE PRE-GAME MEETING

ALL DEFENSIVE COACHES WILL THROW BALLS IN AND OUT TO PREVENT TOO MANY PEOPLE FROM TOUCHING THE BALL SANITIZING THE BALL THROUGHOUT THE GAME

IN ORDER TO SOCIAL DISTANCE WE ARE UNABLE TO GATHER FOR PRAYER OR LINE UP TO SHAKE HANDS OR HIGH FIVE
