6U - 10U - $175 00

12U - 18U - $200 00

These are due at the latest by 5:00pm Monday of the tournament week in tournaments that are not full unpaid teams are dropped at that time. Sold out tournaments will request payment when it becomes full to guarantee your spot. Unpaid teams spots will be offered to waitlisted teams. Payments sent with fees will be returned. Your tournament fee payment only covers the minimum amount of games you will receive, theres no room for fees to come out of that or we will have to raise prices to cover it.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULES

These will be out no later then Wednesdays at 5pm These are distributed through the FASA automated system Please make sure you have your correct information in the system ? including your cell carrier. You can also get the schedule by going to the PLAYFASA website and Clicking on the tournament On the upper left side you will see the age groups listed in blue Click on the appropriate age to view the schedule

REFUNDS

No refunds after Monday 4/18/22 at 5:00pm for any reason other than a Rain out

In the event of a rainout refunds are issued as followed

We guarantee 4 Games - Therefore take your total paid divided by 4 One game played you will receive 75% back 2 games - 50% back 3 games 25% back 4 Games played - No refund

Rosters must be entered on the PLAYFASA website BY 10AM on the Friday of each tournament week

FASA allows up to 3 pickup Players - These MUST be added to the roster as well by 10AM Friday of the tournament week

EJECTION POLICY - IF A FAN IS EJECTED, THE HEAD COACH IS EJECTED AS WELL. BOTH WILL REMAIN EJECTED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE CURRENT GAME PLUS ONE ADDITIONAL

Background checks must be done through FASA for anyone in the dugout or on the field. Make sure your coaches and all dugout help are added to your team in the same place your team roster is entered. This needs to be done prior to them requesting a background using the same email address.

REGISTERING FASA

To register for FASA at no cost for the first two tournaments simply click Member Registration and create an account - Enter your information

Then to create a team

Click Create New Team and Enter Team info ** When prompted for payment click pay by check and click submit (this bypasses it for 2 tournaments)

Congratulations you have a FASA account and Team

Now click View your team and click on Team Roster to add players

Under your players you will see add Coaches Volunteers and Dugout help Anyone touching the dugout and or field must be listed and complete the Background check

GATE FEES AND COACHES PASSES

Teams will only be given 3 coaches passes, any additional coaches will pay gate

Game Balls Must be 47 COR 375 COMPRESSION (ASA USA USSSA NFHS) with VISABLE core compression markings and Fastpitch stamped- NO Slowpitch Balls NO altered Balls

COACH PITCH MODIFICATIONS

7U ONLY- Modified (Not available in all tournaments) - up to 4 Coach Pitches and 1 Swing off a Tee (Girls swing at max of 3 coach pitches and then opt for a swing on the tee if needed Hits off the tee must exceed 10 foot arch from home plate Team must bring own Tee)

NITTY GRITTY FINE PRINT

Our Tournaments must have an overall of 16 teams across all divisions and a minimum of 4 teams per age group for the tournament to take place Otherwise it doesn t pay to rent the park (All 16 teams can be one age division it can be 12 teams in one age and 4 teams in another etc)
