Pool games drop dead Bracket finish time limit 2 pool single elimination Tournament $125 and two gifts (1 boy and 1 girl) or an additional $25 8 team max per division Pay at Plate Please join us as we once again come together to help our less fortunate in our community. All gifts and monetary donations will be donated to The Ark (The Ark Assessment and Emergency Shelter for Youth) Gate fee $6 daily No outside food or drinks Bracket 70 min Finish Inning *4 Runs per Inning in Pool Play *Pool Games can end in a tie *Teams play with 8 players on pool games but, in Bracket NO 9th player is automatic OUT! *Run Rule 12/10/8/6/ after 2-3-4-5 (10u thru 18u) *Umps Pay at Plate ALL Games are: $40 PAP *HIGHER SEED IS HOME AND CHAMPIONSHIP GAME! *ITB Bases Loaded: 1st: 1-Out last 3 Batters- 2nd: 2-out NO WARM UP! *Still Tied after 2-inning of Playing then a flip of coin (Only Bracket Games) *CHAMPIONSHIP GAME WE FINISH UNTIL WE HAVE A WINNER! *UIC has Final Say *Protest games $100 *Tournament Director has the right change format to ensure tourney finishes *Each Team Provides 1 Softball start of each game *Bracket Play -Home team keeps official book *No Foul Language- ejection Individual will be escorted off the premises *Ejection of an player or coach will result in 1- game suspension or termination of game *Players are allowed to bring in a PERSONAL JUG *NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS OR NO TYPE OF COOLERS OR ICE CHEST ARE ALLOWED INTO COMPLEX *ONLY: 3-COACHES & PLAYERS ARE FREE INTO | |||||||||||||||
